All Hepburn Hardware items come individually boxed and labelled, then carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours of us receiving your order.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
If your order contains items that are on preorder, we will fulfil your order in it's entirety once those preordered items are back in stock. If you would like us to partially ship your order, this can be done on request and will incur a second shipping fee.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All Australian orders will be shipped via Australia Post or Star Track.
Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery within Australia depending on your location.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders will incur a minimum $70AUD rate shipping fee, which will be added when you proceed through the checkout.
These orders will be shipped through DHL/SEKO.
Please allow 14+ business days for delivery depending on your location.
All orders to the US will have duties and taxes covered by Hepburn Hardware and are included in the sale price of the products.
Some countries may charge customs or duty fees when your order arrives. In this instance it is the buyer’s responsibility to check whether this will apply and to cover those charges.
